These clutches / slings are made from the Furisode kimono: worn on more formal occasions. These are usually worn by unmarried ladies: they can be identified by their longer sleeves.
These clutches have a lovely detail of contrasting piping around the top flap, to enhance the impact of the kimono fabrics.
The clutch has one main inside section, which one small zipped pocket inside. It fastens with a magnetic snap.
The bag is wider at the bottom, so can hold a few more items than our envelope or standard size kuukou clutches.
Dimensions:: Width 25cm x Height 16cm. Base 4cm wide.
We have a range of straps and chains: we usually chose the best colour match to the piping colour (the edge around the front flap) or a gold chain: please get in touch to ask what we have.
