A delightful display of multicoloured peacock tail feathers across this obi. Kujaku, the peacock is an emblem of love, compassion, nurturing and kind heartedness in Japan.
They sit on the royal blue/purple and silver sections of the silk obi.
This vintage Fukuro Obi was sourced from the Osaka area of Japan. It is approximately 20 to 30 years old, and in excellent condition.
